Two new tenants will soon occupy spaces in the revamped Parkway Plaza shopping center on Ed Noble Parkway.
Skechers filed a $135,000 building to renovate 5 adjacent suites totaling nearly 11,000 square feet. The units have been vacant for many years with previous tenants including Souper Salad and Marble Slab Creamery.
Skechers currently operates 2 Warehouse Outlet locations in the OKC Metro: one in Northwest Oklahoma City and one in South Oklahoma City. The company also operates a Factory Outlet in the Outlet Shoppes at Oklahoma City.
Burlington, formerly known as Burlington Coat Factory, filed a demo permit filed by a $900,000 building permit to renovate and occupy the 23,500 square foot space previously occupied by Bed Bath & Beyond.
Bed Bath & Beyond announced in February 2023 that it would close the Norman location and later filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection in April 2023 and announced all stores would close.
