Plans for a new boutique hotel adjacent to Campus Corner have been submitted.
2nd Act LLC purchased the former CampusCorner Apartments at 542 S University in August 2019 for $1,685,000. The complex has since been razed.
Plans call for a 5-story, 90 room boutique hotel with restaurant and other amenities according to their application. No operators or additional details have been provided.
