Panda Express is set to be a new tenant for a new South Norman development at Classen Boulevard near Highway 9.
As we reported in January, Vertias Development LLC filed to vacate 3 utility easements between the three parcels of land south of Ann Branden Blvd on Classen Blvd. Conceptual site plans at that time showed two drive-thru buildings (Lot 1 & 2) to be constructed on the north end of the site with a vacant lot (lot 3) and a fourth lot for an Aldi Grocery Store.
Starbucks, taking lot 1, is nearing completion on the North end of the development. Panda Express will take lot 2.
