Oklahoma City-based Kusum Hospitality is planning their second hotel for University North Park. The group purchased a parcel of land South of Rock Creek Road ealier this month for just over $1,300,000.
Kusum plans a Home2 Suites for the property. The hotel will span 4 stories and include 100 guest rooms with a 3 bay meeting room. Kusum currently operates 10 hotels throughout the OKC Metro, including a Hampton Inn & Suites off Ed Noble Parkway. Kusum is currently constructing a Hampton Inn & Suites South of the Embassy Suites in University North Park.
Home2, founded in 2009, is an all suite extended stay hotel, a part of the Hilton brand. There are over 250 locations across the US and Canada. All locations are franchises.
