Work will start soon for a new office for Aria Development and Aria Real Estate Group, dubbed Aria Plaza. Aria Plaza LLC purchased the 1.44 acre site in late 2017 for $768,000.
The lot sits just south of the new Best Western Plus Hotel near Norman Regional Healthplex. The lot will front the I-35 S Service Road and be visible from I-35.
Renderings provided by Mitscher & Associates Architects show the building will be two story with balconies facing I-35. The building will be 27,851 square feet in total between the two floors.
Tenants will include Aria Development, Aria Real Estate Group, Mitscher & Associates Architects, Windstone Construction, Scissortail Roofing & Construction and 405 Concrete.
Ground breaking is expected to happen next week with total completion by January 2019.
Aria Development, Windstone Construction, Mitscher & Associates Architects and Aria Group Real Estate were perviously headquartered in the former Precision Builders office at 221 48th Ave NW.
